Accommodations: The least expensive accommodations at this lodge, founded in 1894 as a summer retreat, are the quaint and rustic cabins. New lodge rooms are also available. Cabins sleep two to eight people. Most have twin and double beds. Bed linens and towels are provided. Lodge rooms sleep four and have two double or two queen-size beds.
Special Features: Guided horseback riding for children taller than four feet ten inches from April through October; pony rides for thirty minutes. The playground has swings, bars, and seesaws; the restaurant is known for its blackberry ice-cream pie.
