Popular with families, these cabins are situated in Colter Bay Village near the shores of Jackson Lake.
Season: Early June to early September.
Accommodations: Constructed of canvas and logs, each tent cabin has an outdoor grill, wood stove, two double-decker bunks (without bedding), table, and benches. Sleeping bags, cooking utensils, and ice chests can be rented at a central facility where there is also a shared restroom.
Special Features: Along the lakeshore is a beach and a full-service marina. In the village is a restaurant, grill, laundry facilities, sports shop, corral, and fully stocked grocery store.
Cost: Cabins $24 per night, double occupancy; each additional person over twelve $3. Cots $4.50 per night.

Float trips, trail rides at the Colter Bay Corrals, the Indian Arts Museum, and guided fishing are all in easy reach. Also nearby is the National Park Service amphitheater with naturalist programs and guided nature hikes.
