Accommodations: All accommodations are single-story cabins in clusters of four or more, with private bathrooms.
Special Features: The main lodge has a dining room and a cafeteria. Horseback rides (one and two hours) are available at its corrals from mid-June through August.
Children eleven and under stay free.
Spots, activities and attractions: Look out of your car on the road between Canyon and Tower, and you might see grizzly bears in the broad meadow to the east of Dunraven Pass. At Tower, a short walk leads to the base of pounding Tower Falls. East of Tower, a short hike leads to acres of a 55-million-year-old stone forest; during July and August naturalist-led hikes are scheduled. West of the highway is the Children's Fire Trail, which leads through a burned forest for a kid's-eye-view of how the forest is affected by fires.
